Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration comes from a variety of artist and genres. Artist like Asa, Beyonce and Bob Marley inspire me because they strive for honesty in their music. Although I listen to many different genres, what draws me to these influences is their focus on honesty, community and self improvement.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at Global citizen would impact my career both emotionally and professionally. Emotionally, it aligns with my values of using music to uplift, service the community and creating a better world. It would bring me closer to the type of artist I want to be. Professionally, it puts me in front of an audience that shares those values, an audience of people who care about others and the planet.
What would you do with $50,000?
$50,000 would be life changing! I'd donate $5,000 to Global Citizen to show gratitude and keep the cycle of giving alive. After taxes, I'd use $5,000 to finish my album, covering equipment, marketing, and paying my team. I'd give $1,000 to my parents for their endless support ( they deserve so much more!). I'd save $10,000 for future projects and 10,000 for personal savings. With student loans and financial stress, this would give me space to focus on my music and growth.
