We truly believe the music we’re playing can, and will, be translated well for many years to come. We just need a bigger stage.
Thank you for generously supporting In Limbo in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to empower Global Citizen in their mission to eradicate extreme poverty and create a world where everyone has an equal chance to thrive.
Who or what is your musical inspiration?
We have many musical inspirations - ranging from The White Stripes, A Tribe Called Quest, and Black Sabbath to Freddie King, Fiona Apple, and Charles Mingus. From slow blues to radio pop.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing on that sort of stage would impact our career in every way imaginable. We’re so confident in what we have, we just want more people to see and hear us. We know we have something original, something interesting. I think it would do a lot for our trajectory as a band.
What would you do with $50,000?
We would you use the $50,000 in many ways. Rent (hoping to move to NYC in the fall), food, gear, car things (possibly buy a van), student loans, other debt, etc… That money would change our lives.
