As a queer artist I’ve always wanted to tell the stories of embracing your true identity and living life to the fullest.

Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I grew up listening to an array of music from the Beatles all the way to 90s boy bands and punk pop Green Day. I’m a big little monster and have found a sense of confidence watching Lady Gaga grow as an artist and continuing to be her authentic self through her art. She has definitely kept me driven as my own artist.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Having such an opportunity to share my music and my queer voice with the world would mean everything to me. I come from a theatre background and have worked many commercial contracts and know how to draw an audience and entertain. I want to branch out and have more opportunities to perform my own music live. I perform NYC night clubs like it’s a theatre full of people. To be able to perform for such an audience would be very gratifying.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would take that money and with confidence I would continue to create art and collab with other artists. I would make my first full body of work which I have been trying to do this past year but unfortunately couldn’t find a way to finance it with how costly living in NYC can be. I have so many ideas and words in my head and I just want to bring them all to fruition. This is what I’m meant to do, I know it. I’m ready to take that next step.
