Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I gain a lot of my musical inspiration from top charting singers who have maintained longetivity in the music industry such as Anita Baker, Sade, and Toni Braxton. Even though my personal writing style and music is different from that of a Toni Braxton, I'm often told that I sound like her because I am a low alto. My style is more like a jazz artist with a hint of R&B folk
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
This is the moment that me, my family, friends, and supporters have been so eagerly waiting for! Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would definitely propel my music career as of would allow for more exposure which would led to more advancements and opportunities for my career. I write music that reseanates with the listener; music that can encourage them and guide them through life's journey. Music that led to making wiser decisions but with a catchy melody. We need more artists like this
What would you do with $50,000?
I believe in being wise with money. Your money should always work for you and it should make you more money (such as in investing). I would pay off any outstanding debts for me and my mother. I would then use the remainder as a an investment in my music career to making visuals, paying for better mixing and mastering of my music, creating more artist content, hiring an entertainment lawyer, and perfecting my craft with more vocal and piano lessons. I also wouldn't mind helping someone in need.
