Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My inspiration is definitely artist like A Boogie and artists like Meek Mill. I definitely have Dave East as a big inspiration as well, all of those artist have big influence on my music.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be ground breaking for me. I’ve never performed infront of so much people but I know I can. It could help me change my life forever. Music Is my life, I would love to be up there on stage showing 60,000 people who Jay Velli is and what I’m about.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would use it to pay off my student loans. Right now Student loans are a big problem in my life and I would use this to start new. With the remaining money I would use it all for investments/studio time. I see studio time as an investment as well so, investments.
