Who or what is your musical inspiration?
What inspires me is putting on for where I’m from PG County, Maryland and Accra, Ghana. Both cultures deserve to be heard on a global level, and I’m the bridge. I look up to artists like Drake, Kanye, Jay-Z, and Youngboy; legends who turned their place of origin into global movements and mastered the formula for timeless hits. I’m building my own lane with that same blueprint.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would be a staple moment in my journey. I’ve been performing, so I’ve already built the skill and confidence to handle a stage of that size. This wouldn’t just be another show, it’d be a defining moment. A chance to prove myself on the global stage, not just locally. It would solidify that I’m not just next up, but that I’m already here.
What would you do with $50,000?
If I had $50K, I’d build a studio for myself and other artists in my city who don’t have the resources. I’d invest in real marketing, brand development, and gaining exposure the right way. This is bigger than just me, it’s about creating space for the DMV and Ghana to be heard on a global scale.
