Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Pink is a very big inspiration to me. Her lyrics always speak to me in each song. That is how I write. I want people to feel the lyrics and interpret them the way that helps them the most.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Well, it would be a first for me performing at something so huge. It would lift me up from the hole. I’ve been in since my husband passed away and help me save my house.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would catch up on my mortgage and hope to keep my home from foreclosure. I know it sounds boring, but I don’t wanna lose my home and I’m struggling right now.
