Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I write about real life and with raw, honest emotion and I perform with an authentic passion that the audience can feel and experience. This all draws from my true self and relationships starting with God then to my family. Relationships shape my music. My style is true to me.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would give me a chance to finally capitalize off of a promising career and talent before my time runs out. I’ve been so very close multiple times and if nothing else, I KNOW I have what it takes as a songwriter. It would be redemption from time wasted and stolen by bogus managers and producers (sharks).
What would you do with $50,000?
I’d pay off all my family’s medical bills. The last 3 years my wife and son have been bombarded with bad news medically and we have felt the burden in every way. After that there should be enough to left to take the family on a much needed vacation.
