Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I find Inspiration in many things but growing up I always found myself looking up to my grandfather. He was a reggae musician in the late 70s that renovated the soundscape of reggae at the time. I find myself looking up to his journey through music as he was always a standout individual who prided himself in his own original sound. My music is always about being authentic to myself and my goal is to show the world that being yourself is the most important choice you have.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would greatly impact my career positively by allowing me to reach new potential fans and allowing me to showcase the talent that Top Hit Maker was able to source. Playing this Festival would be a great source of pleasure to all the hard work that I’ve put into music for the last 10 years.
What would you do with $50,000?
With the 50,000$ prize I would donate a percentage to The American Heart Association, because of a recent family loss. I would also invest more into my brand and marketing to bring fully to life the vision I have for my musical journey. 50,000$ would greatly change my life and allow me to afford the budgets and ads for my future as an artist in this career field.
