Who or what is your musical inspiration?
The Backstreet Boys ignited my professional musical journey. Back in 2006, their intricate harmonies and stage presence, especially in their acapella performances, deeply inspired me. With my twin sister and best friend since third grade, we first sang "Just to Be Close to You" acapella. That moment revealed our collective vocal power and sparked the realization that we should form a band. This initial exploration, directly influenced by the Backstreet Boys.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Unable to travel, my focus is on virtual performance. Participating virtually in the Global Citizen Festival would be an incredible catalyst, amplifying my purpose of connecting with a global audience through music to ignite positive impact. This platform would be vital in gaining visibility for my commitment to accessible and environmentally conscious virtual tours, ensuring everyone can experience my music. My vision is to innovate and inspire change on a significant scale.
What would you do with $50,000?
With $50,000, my goals are to: Create and share music virtually: Produce a single and an EP in collaboration with my twin sister Melissa, with a focus on developing virtual performance opportunities and address necessary home repairs. Contribute to important causes: Donate to organizations aligned with my values.
