Who or what is your musical inspiration?
There are so many but Billy Joel, Garth Brooks, Elton John, Sara Barellis, etc... I live how a well written song can be related to. Ive written songs where people come up to the stage and say, "That's the story of my life"! It's a great feeling to connect to anyone listening that the song you wrote was for them. That's my inspiration! The listener!
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
At this point in my life I would be grateful just to be heard and have my songs touch as many hearts as possible. If I can make a living with my music then that's a big plus. Music is Love! Love is a good thing to give!
What would you do with $50,000?
I would buy a new keyboard, and sound board to write and record on, and the rest would go to bills and my soldiers. They deserve a helping hand!
