Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Coming from such a diverse household it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what was the cause for my love of music. Could possibly be Grupo Niche and dancing salsa at family gatherings or when my mom was cleaning the house to 80s rock. Or could’ve been all those years in high school in my room alone dissecting the greatest hits, discovering music from all around the world like amapiano, brazilian funk. How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
To perform at the Global Citizen Festival would most likely be a big learning lesson and motivation. Lesson because not only would I be singing but I’d be performing. Performing in itself is a craft. Motivation to hear crowd roars and to see the potential future for my art. The goal is to do stadiums.
What would you do with $50,000?
With 50k I would immediately put it back into my music. Shoot content, travel to create with artists around the world, build my audience. Either way even if 50k didn’t come my way I’d still be working to make it happen 10 years down the line.
