Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My inspiration spans the globe- Chopin was my first love, then Indian film music as I explored my roots. Debussy art songs taught me nuance and beauty, while icons like Cyndi Lauper and Prince shaped my love for bold, genre-defying pop.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen festival would be a dream - it’s a chance to amplify my voice not just musically, but for global change. It would connect my artistry to a powerful mission, expand my reach, and solidify my place as a conscious pop artist across the world!
What would you do with $50,000?
I would use about $35k to fund the launch of a new record with high-level production, Grammy-winning producers, engineers and musicians, and a promotion vehicle. The rest I’d invest in a grassroots music education initiative, bringing access to music ed to underserved youth.
