Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My music is born from the emotions I’ve never found a song for. It’s my testimony—crafted so others can find the courage to live, love, and express themselves boldly, no matter their past. I’m inspired by artists like Nipsey Hussle, Tupac, and Lauryn Hill—voices who rose from struggle, refused to be defined by it, and created their own version of success. That resilience fuels my sound and purpose.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Winning this opportunity would finally allow my voice to be heard—something I’ve long dreamed of. It’s more than showcasing my musical talent; it’s proving I can embody the art I create. This platform could transform my reach, opening doors once out of grasp. It would take me from a starving artist to a starring one, and I believe that with all my heart.
What would you do with $50,000?
With the $50K, I’d wisely budget and reinvest into my music—studio time, videos, and more. I’d catch up on overdue bills since moving into my first apartment taught me the real meaning of adulting. Most importantly, I’d give to my Aunt Joyce, who supported me after my mom passed. As a child, I promised I’d retire her, and this would be the foundation to grow my career and finally work toward making that promise a reality.
