Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I love artists with a message like Bob Marley, I love voices like Sade, Anita Baker. Their music transcends time and space and brings people closer. I love all genres. From R& b and reggae to dance music. Music is an art form that brings people together, to dance, to make love, and to celebrate life. That is exactly what I want to do with my art. My goal is to make music transcends time and space, to rise the hearts of the people by singing together, Specifically 144K at once.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
To be on a platform or stage that has 50,000 eyes at once will bring necessary energy to share the music with. I love to tour and travel and share my music and have been doing so for most of my life. This will be a great way to level up in who I am able to reach musically. It also will be a dream come true.
What would you do with $50,000?
With $50,000 I will first donate some to the mouths of the children who need it imminently, then invest in touring music equipment and studio time to complete a few more of the songs unfinished. Then I will use the rest for a down payment on a tour rig/bus that my squad can use to bring this live music to the people all over the beautiful countryside of the Turtle Island and film the most outrageous nation wide tour with our band and family. A dream come true.
