My friends and family above watching down on me and also my past keeps me inspired. I've went through addiction, drug dealing, prison, former gang member to getting shot, my best friend and I got shot up on a Sunday morning at 8:40 a.m. in front of a church, I was hit four times and Hasan aka Snoop was hit 17 times, he did not make it. One bullet grazed my throat. Being that close to death really made me look at life differently.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
I feel like it would give me a chance to find other people who relate to my soul and my pain and emotions which I put 100% of into my songs.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would use it to increase my music career as well as I've always wanted to start a bando house repair business to employ and empower the homeless people around me in my community here in Baltimore. Ive always dreamt of employing homeless to fix up homes we can give to them and help them grow the business of rebuilding abandoned houses while giving them a roof over their heads and giving them inspiration to want to achieve goals and do better in life.
