Who or what is your musical inspiration?
WOW! My first MUSICAL love was the legendary "ARETHA FRANKLIN". The SOUL aspect of her VOICE taught me how to SING and create with REVELATIONS. In reality I am truly inspired by so many different ARTISTS, and GENRES. I grab inspiration from GOSPEL, HIP HOP, ROCK, and my ultimate favorite "90's R&B". My creativity has no BOUNDS with the MUSIC that I create, I can't be boxed in!
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It will really show the WORLD that a regular guy with a 9 to 5 with a dream can make it BIG in the world. I've always DREAMED for my music to be HEARD because I know that it's GOOD. If I receive a chance to be on the G.C.F stage I would inspire REAL MUSIC makers to continue to believe in their DREAMS. I would hopefully get invited to WRITERS CAMP to create for BIGGER artists that truly wants to bring back the "HISTORY" of GREAT music. MY CAREER would be forever changed! WOW!
What would you do with $50,000?
My mother deserves the WORLD and I want to pay off her DEBT. She's in her 70's and she works so hard and I want her to be able to relax and enjoy her GOLDEN YEARS. I would buy me some PROFESSIONAL recording items to increase my musical experience. It would really LIFT the burden off my back so I can FLY with my creative FREEDOM.
