Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I enjoy a lot of that old-school rap, with heavy influences from New York and the gangster rap from Ice Cube to Pac. But truly I love the lyrical breakdown of songs and there deeper meanings. I take a lot of inspiration from J. Cole and a few others I’ve learned and shared dialogue with on the writing front.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be a real opportunity to spread light on issues I believe music has the potential to spark conversations and change with problems both domestically and globally. At the end of the day god speaks thru me about what i am great-fully able to experience.
What would you do with $50,000?
Get my moms and sister a car maybe get a look at a house or some land. Pour money into my music to grow production quality for the sake of the fans. The opportunity alone is a blessing for networking and getting my name out to the people to form their own opinions on my music.
