Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Music is always held a very special place in my heart and throughout my life. I’ve sang since I was 8; easily being able to sing the likes of Whitney & Celine, Amy Lee, Maria Brink ect. Influences from country to hard rock, alt. Rock to Christian & rap/hip hop, and a little pop. Country & hard rock being my favorite genres. Both old & new stuff. I’d sing and write from my life. I can sing better than I can songwrite but I have a ton of creative ideas.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would definitely jump start getting my voice heard in a way that I’ve not yet been able to. Right now I’m only on SoundCloud and YouTube.
What would you do with $50,000?
I’d pay off a little debt, put some money away for my son, get my first book published, set aside some money for investing, and be able to put some money into some new songs I’d like to get out there and record. I’d pay to get the help in finding “MY sound.”
