KRUNG

I am half Thai, quarter Japanese, and quarter American-European. Though I’m just turning 13, I've developed great passion for music.

Q&A

Who or what is your musical inspiration?

I was inspired by artists like Jeff Satur, Levent Geiger, Jeremy Jordan, New Country, Avicii, and Benson Boone. These artists have shaped my music into what it is now.

How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?

Performing at Global Citizen Festival will help me start my career and do so earlier than most do, leading to a long-lasting career, exposure to the world, showing that young people can be leaders in industries even though there is a lack of experience and pressure from people underestimating them.

What would you do with $50,000?

I would use this $50,000 to help jump-start my career, help fund my education, hire a team behind me to help me learn and grow, and donate a portion to LGBTQ+ communities that are facing homophobia or discrimination.
