Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My mom was always singing around the house, so music was wired into me early. I grew up on Duran Duran, George Michael, and Depeche Mode, so those early synth sounds shaped my core. Later, LCD Soundsystem showed me how weird and honest you could get with it. Now I turn all that into something new: raw, danceable, satirical, and painfully real music.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It’d be like taking off the balaclava and realizing the world is actually listening. I’ve built something weird and real, and this would prove that honesty, humor, and vulnerability still have a place on the biggest stages. It’s a dream, but also a launchpad. This could turn Lab 210 from underground oddity into a full-on movement.
What would you do with $50,000?
I’d put part of it toward pushing my art further, marketing, visuals, and next-level video production. But I’d also help my mom, who lives in a house that’s falling apart. She’s been through so much, and helping her would mean everything. She’s a massive reason I still even believe in music at all. This isn’t just a career, it’s a mission to pay that love forward, to her and others.
