Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My grandmother was friends with BB, King and James Brown and a lot of other singers that used to actually come visit us in Oakland at our house when I was smaller
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would set the tone for me because I know that I’m a great artist my city and state knows. I’m a great artist. I want the world to know. I’m a great artist.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would pay My Son’s college tuition in full
