Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My inspiration comes from many things around me, mainly life experience and my connection through God. I like to tell the stories of growth through the perspectives of someone trying to make it in what most people would say is an “unmakeable” world.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Ever since I was little, I’ve always wanted the chance to perform in front of thousands of people. Social media has given me an amazing platform so a lot of people can listen to my music BUT I WANT MORE THAN THAT, I WANT TO FEEL THE PEOPLE. I WANT TO HEAR THE CROWD ROAR. The best thing besides making music is seeing the way IT BRINGS PEOPLE JOY.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would use it to pay a mortgage on an apartment that I can turn into a studio to help me and others create music that can bring joy and inspiration into this world.
