Who or what is your musical inspiration?
The Ocean. Love. —limitless, ever-changing, and full of secrets. It reflects how I experience life: deep, fluid, and sometimes overwhelming, but always beautiful. Love is the current that pulls me in—Explicitly On My Mind is a perfect example of this: a story that dives into time, technology, and intimacy, using soulful R&B to express what words often can’t.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It’s not just performance—it’s purpose, more than a milestone—it would be a manifestation of my mission. Through my music and projects like the Clean Water Ocean Project and Explicitly On My Mind, I aim to inspire global awareness around environmental healing, mental wellness, and cultural connection. This platform aligns with my belief that music can move both hearts and systems. Sharing my voice there would amplify my message.
