Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration began when I started going to music festivals at age 18. I loved the energy the crowd gave and my aim was always to spread love and positivity to everybody I came across. Eventually that passion grew and I didn’t want to only spread my message to those I met but everyone in the crowd. So I learned how to dj which evolved into music production. Now I have gained tons of experience with making people sing and dance and have fun while also spreading love and positivity.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would give me the ultimate opportunity to show the world how talented and gifted I am. Not only as an artist but as a performer. I believe I have what it takes to captivate a large audience and I just need to chance to be in front that audience. I will introduce people to music they never knew they could like while also blending in familiar sounds they know and can sing along to.
What would you do with $50,000?
First thing I would do is invest it into music production tools to make sure that I have the best resources available to create the best music. From idea arrangement to mixing and mastering, I am involved with the entire process so the money will go to giving myself the tools to be an even better artist. I would also use some of the money to throw a charity event to support domestic violence awareness in my city (Dallas, TX).
