Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration is all the local artists from my hometown who are putting in the work daily to attain their dreams. I’m inspired by their perseverance and determination to not let anything or anyone get in the way of their dreams. Coming from Boston there’s always negative connotations when it comes to the music scene. Things like there’s no music scene or you can’t make it out of Boston, or there’s no infrastructure. I’m inspired to put on for my City
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at Global Citizen Festival would give me the opportunity to perform on a global stage where I can prove that I’m built for this opportunity. I would be able to pick the brains of other artists and music professionals about their personal music journeys. I would also build as many connections as possible so that I could leverage these relationships for future opportunities and endeavors. I’d also want to see the behind the scenes look of putting together a festival of this
What would you do with $50,000?
First, I would reinvest part of the money into present and future projects. I would then build my own personal brand and LLC so that all the funds can directed towards my business. I’d use part of the money to pay back any debt that I have from student loans. Lastly, I’d invest in initiatives and businesses in my hometown and giving back to those who are in need.
