Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I have a wide variety of influences mostly in Pop and Alternative genres. My biggest influences have been The 1975, Bleachers, Matt Maeson, Dave Matthews, John Mayer, New Radicals, Quinn XCII, Pale Waves, Bishop Briggs, Alexander 23, The All-American Rejects, The Barenaked Ladies, The Band Camino, Charlie Puth, Chromeo, Doublecamp, The Eagles, Fall Out Boy, Fickle Friends, FINNEAS, Glen Hansard, Good Charlotte, Hippo Campus, The Japanese House, Jason Mraz, The Killers, and Maroon 5.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would give me the ability to have my music heard by thousands of people on one space. If even 1% heard and connected in some way to my performance and songs, it could change the arc of my career. It would give me the opportunity to increase my audience and build a captive fan base.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would love to upgrade some of my recording equipment and musical gear. It would give me access to better recordings and an even cleaner and clearer final product for anyone who may listen to my music. I would also like to invest in some marketing for my music as well as better photo and possible music videos in the future. It would allow me the financial freedom to expand and create better music.
