I’m inspired by the poetic activism of Ali Sethi, and the genre-bending brilliance of AR Rahman. My music blends South Asian roots with global sounds, telling stories that carry both pain and power.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at Global Citizen would amplify my voice on an international stage, giving me the platform to not just share my music, but also advocate for social justice, identity, and healing through sound.
What would you do with $50,000?
I’d invest in building a home studio, fund a multilingual concept EP about old-school romance, and launch an outreach program teaching sound and storytelling to underrepresented girls in South Asia.
