I write and produce confessional indie pop songs that entice, entertain and inspire. My goal is to connect to other people through music.

Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I am inspired by the world around me. Characters I meet, people that impact me, decisions I’ve made. I like turning that into something greater through songwriting. Cat Stevens, Amy Winehouse, Japanese Breakfast and Laura Nyro are songwriters I look up to.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be the perfect opportunity for more people to hear my songs in their most ideal form - live. Performing is one of my favorite aspects of being a musician and to have that many people in the audience that I have the potential to connect to would be the most exciting challenge.
What would you do with $50,000?
$50,000 would absolutely change the game for me as an independent musician. I work at a restaurant so I can pay for music PR and pay my band properly. I would use that money to work with creatives: directors, photographers, stylists to expand the visual world of my new album. It would also put me closer to my goal of going on tour one day!
