Who or what is your musical inspiration?
When i was young i was first inspired by writing poetry in school and at home. Then i got to discover 2 Pac and Eazy-E which led me to NWA and from there i just kept listenin to more and more.music i felt i could relate to and it went on from the old school vibes to Lil Wayne, T.I., Ludacris, Eminem, Snoop, Wiz Khalifa and pretty much whatever i saw on TV. Then i discovered underground music and that really changed my overall style and approach to the kind of music i wanted to do.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
I think it would bring lots of attention to what i've been doing for the last 17 years and put me in front of enough people for me to break through the barrier of growth and also catapult me to a place where i can really have a chance to network and work with bigger and more established artsists! This festival would completely flip the script and provide me with more opportunities than i ever dreamed i would have and for that i would be beyond blessed and grateful for the chance to.
What would you do with $50,000?
Damn.... a lot! I would invest it back into music and equipment and honestly, build my studio for my city and provide us with a hub to create and maybe put a payment on a house, cuz i never had a real home lol, its a goal of mine.
