Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My passion for music was born when I was a child, thanks to my father. At 11 years old, I discovered Steve Vai, and I knew that one day I wanted to get on stage and play my own rock/fusion songs. I never had a Plan B. At Berklee, I studied jazz: it opened my mind, helping me blend different styles and find a more personal musical voice.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Taking part in the Global Citizen Festival would be a unique opportunity, both for the visibility as a musician and for the message it promotes. The causes it supports are essential, and it would be an honor to be part of such a meaningful event at this moment in history. As a spiritual person, I believe that praying for a better world is not enough—we must take action. My dream is to make a living through music, sharing my story as a blind musician and overcoming challenges
What would you do with $50,000?
With $50,000, I would continue doing charitable work, as I have in the past, like donating $1,000 for the war in Ukraine. I would use part of the money to support causes close to my heart, and invest the rest in my artistic project, to reach a higher level of quality in my work. This money would be an opportunity to grow as both an artist and a person, improving my future and my impact on the world.
