Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My Uncle and my father were the first to inspire me and it was listening to Aretha Franklin and having Dionne Warwick come to my elementary school to speak life into all of us that inclined to do music. I am also inspired by Whitney Houston, Brandy, Kim Burrell and Jasmine Sullivan.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival will give the type of exposure I need to share with the world this great gift of talent that God has blessed me with. I will also be sharing space other successful people in the music industry. I’m super excited.
What would you do with $50,000?
If I won the $50,000 I would invest in my music career first and would love to also bless another up and coming artist. It’s really needed to market and promote myself in a way that world can continue to hear my music.
