Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I've grown up with music always being an integral part of my life. I'm the child of a musician and a teacher, so to be able to use music to express and learn is so special! I played in band and jazz programs throughout my youth, and I've been hooked ever since. Music has saved me in more ways than I can fathom so making music to heal is my main goal with all of this. I tend to gravitate to artists who do the same. (Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, Finneas, Portishead, Kendrick Lamar)
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
I've always loved what global citizen stands for, I feel like the time sensitive message I have to bring to the table would mesh with the audience demographic and hopefully bring peace to more folks than I could do on my own. honestly I'm not really even doing this for clout, it's more about showing up for those who actually would appreciate the message and take action to make a brighter future!
What would you do with $50,000?
Boring stuff lol. Financial stability, Supporting my family in mainly just having a solid foundation to reinvest in our home and our production company. just over all helping to lighten the load on my family. this would also allow us to revamp our performances, and create limited runs of high quality sustainable merchandise As well as reinvesting in strategic marketing and advertising campaigns.
