Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My inspiration for composing my songs comes from my feelings and emotions. Each lyric I write is based mainly on my experiences. I feel even more inspired when I see that I share the same feelings that others have. So I see that music has the power to bring comfort to people and a greater identification with them because they can feel that specific song and imagine their life as if it were that song.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the festival would have a huge impact on my career as it would give me the opportunity to showcase my talent and gain recognition for my music. I haven’t really started my career yet as I’ve only recently started writing poems and songs that portray my life. However, a chance to showcase my music and talent to the world would be wonderful and would give me the opportunity to start a career.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would save that money and most likely invest that money in my music career, with new instruments, a studio/record label, and marketing. I would use that money wisely so that I could preserve it and at the same time use it as a tool to make more money.
