Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I draw inspiration from a variety of musical sources, everything from classic and modern rock and roll, to jazz, to hip-hop. If I had to name a single musician whose work I admire above all others, it would be Bill Evans, the late jazz pianist.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be the single largest performance of my career to date and would have a tremendous impact in terms of exposing my music to a wider audience.
What would you do with $50,000?
Roughly $10K would be invested into recording equipment for a home studio, another $10K would be invested into further developing my musical brand and presence on social media and streaming platforms, I would invest $5K into expanding my knowledge and ability with the MalletStation, and the remainder would be used to help cover living expenses, allowing me to focus more on writing new music and performing.
