I draw inspiration from legendary music artist like Missy Elliott, Trina, Eve, The Notorious B.I.G. for their lyrics and storytelling. Their ability to convey real life struggles and emotions through their music motivates me to share my own experiences and stories.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
I believe performing at the Global Citizen Festival would be a monumental experience for me as an artist from Baltimore. It would allow me to gain more exposure and network with industry professionals, artist and fans from around the world, expanding my reach beyond my local scene.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would use a portion of the prize to invest in higher-quality recording equipment and studio time to produce my music, ensuring I can create the best sound possible. I also believe in giving back, so l would allocate some funds to support local youth programs in Baltimore, helping to provide resources for young aspiring artists and musicians. Additionally, I would invest in marketing and promotion to reach a wider audience, allowing me to share my message and music with more people.
