Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My inspiration is connecting to the highest power and maintaining that creative relationship as a vessel. It’s a high form of meditation for me to write and perform music so it just never going to end for me, because it’s the greatest thing for me. A relationship with music through the highest. I am constantly twisting and turning song structures, ideas, genres and blending instruments that might have not been used in that genre to create something new.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would have a huge impact on my career in the sense that if enough people heard my music I know I could live off of my art and start doing more higher end touring and studio work than I am doing now. I have been touring and performing since I was a child, so an outlet like this would be the game changer I’ve always needed and worked towards.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would use it to market myself and gain a bigger fan base, whether it be digital marketing, releasing this album I’ve been working on and put a percentage into leveling up my studio equipment, as well as have more stable tours than I do presently. Music is my entire life regardless of $5 or $50,000 so all of this would be just a blessing on top of a blessing that I am currently living. At the end of the day, I am a hit maker because the highest gives me a message that people need to hear.
