Who or what is your musical inspiration?
As a kid, I was inspired by my hardworking mother who had the voice of an angel and dazzled countless church audiences. I was blessed to receive the gift of song through her. Growing up, I honed my skills through musical influences such as, Donnie Hathaway, Stevie Wonder, Prince, Michael Jackson, El Debarge, Gospel great Daryl Coley, Wanye Morris, Dino of H-Town, Frank Sinatra and Curt Cobain to name a few.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
The opportunity to perform on a large scale stage would extend my reach to the world and give me the chance to share my God given gifts with it. I'm sure it will be a great catalyst to establishing my music career.
