Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My girlfriend really inspires me and keeps me making music. Another one is my cousin Ty (Rip). The last one is my dad. The artists that inspire me are Michael Jackson, Daft Punk, Fred again.., ATCQ, Skrillex, Aphex Twin, Outkast, Nas, Audio Bullys, Kaytranada, Pharrell, J Dilla, Mac Miller, Basement Jaxx, deadmau5, and Journey.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would put me in a larger audience and get my music spread throughout the people faster than me promoting it by myself just still trying to make it in music. It would kind of give people an idea of “what I am” or something like that.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would keep 1/4 of it for my girlfriend and I to spend on things we need or potentially want, 1/2 of it put into savings for our future so we can have a happy life together, and the other 1/4 of it will be invested in curing my girlfriend’s sick uncle, who has stage 1 lung cancer.
