Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My inspiration comes from a diverse and eclectic group of artists from Mozart, Jimi Hendrix, Celia Cruz, Bizet, John Coltrane.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Although my music career has spanned several decades, my experiences include touring to 75 countries as bassist for multiple high profile artists. Performing my music as an artist for GCF would elevate and punctuate my career to a level I've not experienced before. It would be an amazing honor.
What would you do with $50,000?
Off the top, a minimum of ten percent would go to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Another ten percent would be divided amongst multiple domestic violence women's shelters across the country. In all my years touring/recording as a pro Musician, I've never had/enjoyed a vacation. I would take a short one and then back into the studio to create more music.
