Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My biggest musical inspiration has to be Skrillex. He changed the EDM scene forever and his music has inspired me so much do cultivate my own sound and make music that's just different. I loved how he wasn't afraid to take risks in creating his signature sound, and have applied those same ideas in building my own style and sound as a producer, as a DJ, and as an artist as a whole. I'm constantly learning, always experimenting, and never limiting myself to any genre when making music.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
I love the concept of being a global citizen, and consider myself to be one. The exposure and the platform to spread the high energy that I love to create in my music will skyrocket new opportunities for me and will not only boost my career, but my dreams too. I would also use this opportunity to play some of my friend's music as well, and boost that collaborative music which makes music so special!
What would you do with $50,000?
I would invest in myself and my career. Buying some new gear, some new plugins, new equipment for me to keep growing as a musician and helping me create more high energy music and spreading high energy to the world! $50,000 is a lot too- I would also donate some of it to help those who are in need, and to also support some of my really talented friends who are also musicians with good hearts.
