Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration is my dad. I’m a third generation singer. My grandfather sung in his youth and throughout his life. My father has a band and now the torch has been passed to me. I’m also a professional national anthem singer here in the Southwest. My inspiration for the national anthem comes from all the men and women who are serving and all the men and women who have served this great country.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
it would open doors for me that would take me a lot longer to open. And it would give me a platform to represent my great country.
What would you do with $50,000?
I’d help out some family members and with the remaining amount, I’d go into the studio and record my 20th studio album.
