Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I would have to say Cardi B for her confidence and speaking her truth, Latto for her southern and sexy approach & Suki for telling us exactly how it is, raw and all. They all are unapologetically raw and detailed. It takes tough skin to be a woman in this male dominated industry but I’m ready for the challenge.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Greatly. This would give me a lot of recognition and expose my name on a larger scale. The DMV is a mixing pot of many great undiscovered artist and I want to be able to bring the spot light home with me. This is a huge opportunity for my career and the goals I set for the next few years. People are already listening, but wait until they see me on stage.
What would you do with $50,000?
Firstly, I would open a college fund for my son. Create a platform to give back at home for upcoming artist, food and toy drives for the holidays and finally buy a home and dream car for my kid and I.
