I’m a RIAJ Certified Platinum songwriter and co-writer on a Billboard Japan No. 1 album. Now I’m pursuing a career as an independent artist.

Who will perform at the Global Citizen Festival, appear in Rolling Stone, and take home $50,000?
Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My inspiration often comes from my own lived experiences and relationships, but I like to explore many different emotions and perspectives in my writing. I admire the sound and production style of my favorite artist Medium Build, and my sound has also been compared to artists like Benson Boone, Noah Kahan, and Finneas.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
I think it would truly be life changing to perform my music at the Global Citizen Festival. It would be so much fun having a larger audience than any of the venues or events I’ve played at previously. I’m very excited to be competing and can't wait to play an awesome set.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would use it to help me record, release, and promote my debut album. I’d also try to build a small team around me to help take my career to its full potential.
