Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Our music has a variety of influences. We all listen to different stuff. Our drummer loves bands like Peirce The Veil and Loathe. Our bassist loves acts like Ludo, Primus, and The Toadies. Our guitarist is most unfluenced by The Smashing Pumpkins, Sunny Day Real Estate and Birdbrain. Our one connection however is through the music of Luca Brazi, our guitarists uncles band, cut short too soon due to their unfortunate passing. Uncle Ben's band gave Ari their first guitar.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would answer everyone in the bands biggest childhood dream. To feel the crowd. Hear the noise. Absorb the sound. That amount of people in one place is nothing but powerful. That would drive so much attention to our art but also truly shake our souls.
What would you do with $50,000?
We would buy a better van for touring so we can bring our music farther, more reliably. We'd buy better cases for our instruments. We'd donate $20,000 of it to Make A Wish.
