Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I grew up around Dead Heads, listening to psychedelic rock & playing my Fender guitar. My musical inspiration stems from making music that evokes raw emotion while also making people want to dance. Some of my biggest inspirations are Chris Lake, Offaiah, & Biscits. I love house music that’s infused with soul, jazz, reggae or psychedelic elements. How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would help put me on the map as a female music producer! And it would give me unparalleled experience in the DJ environment. After having committed myself to learn Ableton thoroughly, I took initiative to learn audio programming and engineering in college also. I have a passion for production & learning about different music cultures having had DJ residencies in 3 west coast cities. I would love the opportunity to do more with my skills & create a meaningful career in music performanc
What would you do with $50,000?
My dream would be to use $50k to start a private Ableton-based DJ/producer academy in LA. Host small group workshops, private sessions, and online courses aimed at women and LGBTQ+ artists. Sell memberships, create collab opportunities, and offer grant-supported scholarships. And build it into a brand.
