With icons like Michael Jackson, Anita Baker, Paolo Conte, Prince, Ella Fitzgerald, and Whitney Houston, my musical inspiration is rooted in emotional honesty and fearless artistry. I’m moved by artists who don’t just perform, they translate soul into sound. Their mastery of tone, creativity, and ability to connect across generations constantly remind me why I do this. They inspire me to create music that resonates, heals, and dares to be unforgettable.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at Global Citizen Festival would be a defining moment for me. As someone of Haitian and Gabonese descent, I am deeply connected to movements that aim to end poverty, especially as Haiti faces its ongoing challenges. Sharing my voice on a stage with artists who not only perform but ignite movements would amplify not just my voice, but bring my message out that I believe so deeply, that art can heal, unite and awaken.
What would you do with $50,000?
$50,000 would help fund my first tour to support and promote my upcoming debut EP. I envision performing in smaller, carefully chosen venues that allow for deep connection with my fans. The funds would cover travel, accommodations, and a small crew to help bring each show to life with simple yet powerful staging. I’d create meaningful merch and limited edition EPs to deepen the experience. This tour would be the real starting point of my journey.
