Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Well, one of my biggest Music inspirations is sly stone, OutKast, Fred Hammond and Jimi Hendrix. Coming up as a kid, my dad used to play a lot of old-school secular Records and My Mom used to play a lot of gospel records, but both of those genres that my parents used to play were very funky and groovy and with all that music playing that impacted me as a child, it made me want to become the musician I am today.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would impact me in a way that I can’t explain. It will make me want to keep running after my dreams and keep putting out music. It will also make me not give up and keep hope alive.
What would you do with $50,000?
What I would do with $50,000, I would invest in a home and keep investing in my music. I also would help my mother and try to build a real recording studio
