Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I've been coined a "socially conscious" musician because I write about social issues that are important to me such as gun control & climate change but I also have seen a lot of good and bad in my life so I write about human emotions that everyone can relate to. As far as musical inspirations, rock bands like Led Zep & Green Day, melody makers like Billy Joel & Paul McCartney, voices like Chris Cornell. I also take influence from the current Alternative & Indie music
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be the biggest honor I've had to date in my life. Something that would truly excite and inspire me.
What would you do with $50,000?
Put it toward the down payment of my first home, which has been a dream for me.
