Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My music comes from sacred ground and the unbreakable spirit of Native ancestry flows through every note. I found 2pac and Nas had the same truth-telling fire that burned from within. Each track is medicine for all the people who've ever felt silenced or forgotten. I transform my deepest wounds into songs that embrace you in your darkest moments. The rhythm is for strength not just for listening but to remember your own power, your own voice. My music gives shelter for broken spirits to rebuild.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Opening my music up to the world would open doors for major artists collaborations and not only push me as an artist but a movement. It would help impact my purpose into legacy.
What would you do with $50,000?
Invest more into a home studio, high quality visuals, and expand into strategic marketing. Give back by funding music programs for Native American youth who seek to find their voice like I found mine.
